Many years ago, I fell into a network marketing business that changed my life. As a woman who struggled to feel ‘normal’ or to fit in, I struggled with people pleasing, overdelivering in every area of my life, a masculine rigid approach to life and work and a never ending exhaustion on a soul level that felt like something wasn’t quite right. I thought that, maybe I wasn’t quite right. I used to tell my parents a black cloud of bad luck followed me around and life seemed like one hard day after another while I tried to maintain the high level career alongside (now 3!) children. Something had to give. And it did.
I remember the first ever sale. It was a moisturiser, and I remember how astounded I was that someone was willing to trust me with their skincare. Wow - i’ve done it. I’ve sold a product. This feeling was unlike anything i’d ever experienced, and I suddenly realised that maybe I had more to offer. That there was more within me that was currently untapped.
All of this from the woman who was adamant after graduating University (in the middle of the financial crisis!) that I would do ANYTHING except SALES.
I was plunged into the world of sales, marketing and networking. I suddenly realised that I could do the sales easily - when I was immersed in the SERVICE. Network marketing can get a bad name - but I was fortunate enough to align with women who were approaching their business from a place of genuine care, service and integrity. And I loved it.
Fast forward a year or so and I came across the world of coaching. I was looking to bring my business into the online space to scale my current business, and found it. Coaching. The thing I knew very quickly was my calling.
I have always maintained that being authentic is the best way to create the connection and trust you need for sales - and I quickly found this was my superpower. My ability to maintain my authentic self and truly connect and inspire women to find their worth, deservingness and move their confidence to an unstoppable level.
After qualifying I started coaching CONFIDENCE and build up a beautiful business helping men and women step into their power, I found so many coaches and entrepreneurs struggling with being visible in their business. I saw the struggle when it came to creating and publishing content, creating aligned offers and marketing. The difficulty in creating connection and crafting messaging. The fears of judgement, failing and being truly seen.
And so I created some offers just for you.
Business doesn’t happen by sitting on the sidelines. Being full time in my business was a big goal of mine- and working around the kids has given me the opportunity to live a life in alignment with my own vision and values, and now I get to help other women do the same.

I LOVE having a client led approach in my coaching sessions, but I also know that we need to move you forward towards your goals and the best way to do that is to follow the proven framework that I lead ALL of my clients through, the ICE method.

This means that you can expect to have a full transformation with your inner identity, your business identity and truly start to take aligned and authentic action as I help you implement everything that we uncover through your sessions.
We work deeply on confidence and visibility wounds and blocks so that you can show up for business with ease, and help you learn exactly how to show up with messaging, sales conversations, public speaking events, content, guest expert appearances and beyond.
Emotions and Energy
A big part of my coaching is to help my clients with the emotional and energetic side of their business. Growing a business is an emotional rollercoaster, and alongside the challenges of life it can be overwhelming.
When we work with energy, whether that’s for manifestation, healing or making more money and signing high level clients - I take the same client-led approach and invite you to explore some of the energy that needs released and realigned as you discover who you truly are underneath a lifetime of playing small, not fulfilling your potential and being able to express yourself fully and confidently in all areas of life.
EFT is a powerful tool for this, and you can book a block of EFT sessions to work though some of your visibility blocks, overwhelm and money blocks, alongside a whole variety of other issues you may be struggling with.
Working with the divine feminine is also a powerful tool in your business, and can help you step out of burnout and into true alignment and for women, this is a ticket into fully expressing ourselves and embodying our mission. Finding safety in out feminine energy has been alien to many women who have had to step fully into their masculine for years to build a career, to survive that life throws our way and can unlock true vulnerability which is such a powerful connector to your ideal client.
